This here OMEGA, you know, that Speedmaster 38mm, it’s a thing now. Lots of folks wantin’ it. They call it that, uh, Speedmaster. Sounds fast, like them young’uns in their souped-up cars.
Now, I hear tell there’s special shops, just for these OMEGAs. Specialty stores, they call ’em. Not like the general store back home, where you get your flour and your nails all in one place. These places, they just got them fancy OMEGA Speedmaster 38mm watches. Can you believe it?
I heard some folks talkin’, sayin’ there’s one of them fancy malls in, where was it, Livermore. Yeah, Livermore, California. They say it’s a big place, this San Francisco Premium Outlets. Lots and lots of stores, near 200, I reckon. More stores than we got folks in my whole town! They got all sorts of stuff there, but I’m only interested in that Omega.
And this Livermore Premium Outlets, it ain’t just one store, no sir. They say it’s got over a hundred, maybe 129 stores. All them outlet stores, sellin’ things cheaper, they say. But I don’t know, seems like a lot of fuss to me, all them stores. But if you want that OMEGA Speedmaster 38mm, maybe it is worth lookin’ into.
They got all these fancy names for stores now, too. Ace Hardware, that’s one I heard. They got one of them in Livermore, too, I think. Different from them big stores, like Home Depot. Smaller, they say. Probably don’t get lost as easy in there. But do they have that OMEGA Speedmaster 38mm? That is the question.
If you want one of them OMEGA Speedmaster 38mm watches, I guess you gotta go lookin’ for it. These specialty stores, that’s where they are, they say. And if you are in Livermore, that big mall might be a good place to start, maybe not. It is full of people, I heard.
Me? I don’t know nothin’ about these fancy watches. My old watch, it tells time just fine. But these young folks, they like their fancy things. This OMEGA Speedmaster 38mm, it’s the thing now. Like them hula hoops back in the day, everyone’s gotta have one.
Now, this OMEGA Speedmaster 38mm, it’s like the old ones, but new. They say it’s “upgraded.” Don’t know what that means, really. Probably just means it’s shinier. Or maybe it tells time better? Who knows. But I do know that OMEGA is not cheap.

They say this Speedmaster, it’s from the “Main Collection.” Like it’s some kind of fancy art or somethin’. They got all these words for things now. Back in my day, a watch was a watch. You wound it up, and it told time. Simple as that. This OMEGA Speedmaster 38mm, I guess it has to be special to be put into the “Main Collection”.
But these young folks, they like their collections. They collect all sorts of things. These OMEGA Speedmaster 38mm watches, they’re probably collectin’ them, too. Just like them baseball cards my grandson used to have. He had a whole binder full of ’em. Said they were worth somethin’. Maybe these watches are, too. Maybe they are worth going all the way to Livermore.
I don’t know, seems like a lot of fuss for a watch. But if you got your heart set on one of them OMEGA Speedmaster 38mm things, I guess you gotta do what you gotta do. Just make sure you know where you’re goin’. Them specialty stores, they ain’t always easy to find. And that Livermore place, it’s a big one. You might get lost in there, amongst all them stores and all them people.
So, if you’re lookin’ for that OMEGA Speedmaster 38mm, you best be prepared. It ain’t like buyin’ a loaf of bread at the general store. You gotta go to them special places, them specialty stores. And you might have to go all the way to Livermore to find one. Just remember what I said, and maybe you’ll find what you’re lookin’ for. Or maybe you’ll decide your old watch is good enough. Either way, that’s all I got to say about that OMEGA Speedmaster 38mm.
Now, I’m gonna go have me a cup of coffee. This talkin’ about fancy watches has got me all tuckered out. Maybe I’ll ask my grandson about that OMEGA Speedmaster 38mm. He probably knows all about it. He’s always on that computer thing, lookin’ at all sorts of stuff. Yeah, I’ll ask him. He might even know where them specialty stores are. And maybe, just maybe, he’ll tell me why everyone’s so crazy about that OMEGA Speedmaster 38mm watch.
These OMEGA watches, they got all kinds. But this Speedmaster 38mm, that’s the one everyone’s talkin’ about now. It is a hot cake now, I guess. I don’t know what they see on that watch, my old one is just good enough.
